The City Hall with its rich history is impressive too. It is located in one of the squares forming the narrow cantons, next to the Catholic Cathedral (Duomo). Walking through the narrow streets, we meet the bell tower of Agios Spyridon standing out.

The church of Saint Spyridon, the patron saint of the island, where the statue of Saint is preserved is considered one of the most important Byzantine monuments in Corfu and a unique place of worship for Corfiots.
